I teach Spin, and Total Body Strength, Zumba, Pilates and Cardio formats.
How did you get started in health and fitness?
I was a dancer in high school and dance minor in college. I had an ACL injury in college and got more into weight training.
How would you describe your training style?
I like to have fun and work hard at the same time.
What food would we find in your fridge?
Ginger is a staple!
What are your best tips for losing the last few pounds?
Drink plenty of water.
What are your favorite exercises for developing a nice butt?
One leg hip extensions and squats.
Where does your inspiration come from?
What is your favorite form of cardio?
My favorite type of cardio is dance!
What is your favorite part of teaching fitness classes and/or personal training?
I have always enjoyed performing. Teaching is a performance, an art!
How do you handle setbacks in your own fitness journey?
I listen to my body and give my body what it needs. If it's rest, that is what I do.
