Which classes do you teach?

Earlybird Iron Workers, Intro To Kettlebell, Kettlebell II, X-Fit, HIIT Fit, Critical Core, Bootcamps, Mens Fitness, Chiseled, Chiseled Express

How did you get started in health and fitness?

I got into professional fitness while Managing a GNC  store back in college, I would train friends, family and coworkers based on my workouts and the knowledge I was gaining from reading and applying, which eventually lead to me becoming a Fitness Professional.

How would you describe your training style?

Fun, Energetic, Empowering, Insightful, and Challenging 

Top three favorite exercises and why?

Pushups- Total Body workout and they are good for the soul.

Pullups- Challenging and you get a lot from executing them daily

Clean- Olympic Lifting is fun and the Barbell never lies
What food would we find in your fridge?

Water, Fruit, Veggies, Global Condiments, Marinades, Meat & Greek Yogurt

Do you use supplements? If so, which ones? Why?

Advocare Spark- Great for pre-workout energy and vitamin requirements

Creatine- To help facilitate the building of muscle gain & strength

Glutamine- To help facilitate Muscle recovery

Arginine- To help facilitate Muscle recovery & Growth

Protein- That doesn't need an explanation

Any classic healthy meals that you eat?

Spaghetti, Burgers, Surf & Turf

If you cannot hurt or gather it do not eat it..
Cheat day is healthy

What are your best tips for losing the last few pounds?

Drink lots of water & Ramp up your Intensity 

Do you have a fitness role model? If yes, who are they and why do you look up to them? 

Rich Froning-  Crossfit Champion, Competitor, Coach & Gym Owner: I look up to him due to that fact that he is a superior athlete and competitor ,but is still grounded to his roots. His success inspires me to work harder to compete on a higher level.

What is your favorite inspirational quote?

What is the best piece of advice you were ever given about health and fitness?

Set yourself a part from the crowd...
What are your favorite exercises for developing abs?

Hanging Feet To Bar, RKC planks, GHD situps

What are your favorite exercises for developing a nice butt?

Rear Squats, Front Squats, Overhead Squats, Split squats, Resistance Band Leg extensions, Barbell Hip Thrust

Where does your inspiration come from?

Peers, Self, Friends, Past experiences

What is your favorite form of cardio?

Anything HIIT, Sprints

What was your funniest moment at the gym?

Every week someone says something extra Adult awkward during Bootcamps 

What is your favorite part of teaching fitness classes and/or personal training?

Clients realizing their full potential and sharing in their excitement when challenges fall and records are broken,

How do you handle setbacks in your own fitness journey?

Learn & move on that's why its a journey and not a trip.

If you could be the best at one sport/fitness activity, what would it be?

Baseball
