Vinyasa yoga Tuesdays at 5:15pm and Fridays at noon
How did you get started in health and fitness?
I was looking for a healthier lifestyle and to study alternative healing. I began studying western herbalism and yoga.
Top three favorite exercises and why?
Plank rows- for the full body toning plus
Jump rope- for a quick cardio boost
Squat jumps- for the legs and cardio
What food would we find in your fridge?
Apples, cucumber, beets
Do you use supplements? If so, which ones? Why?
Fish oils. Boost Immune function, anti inflammatory ,
What is your favorite inspirational quote?
In the end, only three things matter: how much you loved, how gently you lived, and how gracefully you let go of things not meant for you.
What is your favorite part of teaching fitness classes and/or personal training?
The people I meet.
How do you handle setbacks in your own fitness journey?
Meditation, change what isn't working food and exercise.
