This smoothie is a creation of leftovers, a tasty accident! Like all of our smoothies, this one provides tons of nutrients to get your day started or serve as a yummy afternoon snack. This particular recipe yields a couple of servings so you'll be able to enjoy the smoothie throughout the day, over the course of a few days, or with some friends! Try this smoothie out this week and get your cranberry on!
Servings: About 3
1 cup cranberry juice
2 cups coconut water
4 cups frozen mixed berries (Make sure you include a bag with cherries in it. We used the Trader Joes brand)
1/4 cup coconut sugar
Blend on high until you reach the desired consistency. Slurp down and enjoy!
