Try to juice your fruits and vegetables according to their colors; greens are kale, cucumber, celery, green apples, kiwi, pears......red juice is carrots, beets, red apples, ginger and squash! YUM!!
Always remember to drink equal amounts of water as you do the juice. This helps to ease the digestion of the juice without negative side effects.
If you are on a juice detox, try incorporating coconut water once a day into your cleanse to optimize juicing detox effects and help with hydration.
