Today's blueberry and banana smoothie is simple, sweet, and jam packed with antioxidants. According to Wed MD, "one landmark study shows that just one cup of berries provides all the disease-fighting antioxidants you need in a single day". Try drinking this smoothie or eating a cup of berries every day. Small actions like this will help you prevent disease before it hits compared to taking care of illnesses only after we have them.

Datorade is a healthy smoothie popularized by Australian YouTube sensation Freelee the Banana Girl.
The smoothie is simple enough....20-30 medjool dates, 1.2-1.5 liters of water, 1/2 cup of coconut sugar (optional) and 1-2 bananas (optional) blended on high.
The smoothie was named Datorade by Freelee, who promotes it as more hydrating and replenishing than gatorade with additional nutrients! Each serving of Datorade gives you 32.2 grams of fiber and is loaded with B-vitamins, calcium, and potassium. It is an excellent alternative breakfast.
This yummy smoothie is a quick and easy make. Just add 4 small bananas, 1 pear, and 2 tbsp of organic coconut sugar into the blender with 12 ounces of water and blend! The entire smoothie makes about 2 servings!
Trainer Brittany shares one of her favorite juices....
This juice was an accident created from the leftovers of my 3 day juice cleanse! I literally threw the last of my produce into the juicer and created this delicious, sweet perfection! Although I call it the sunset juice, it is fantastic in the mornings to start your day also! :)
1 bunch kale
3 large oranges
1 bag of carrots
Juice and enjoy!
I know pomegranates are not in this juice, but they would probably taste delicious if you added them! Why not add a little more color to your sunset juice!?
