Energetic, intense, technique driven.

Give your best 3 health tips that people can do right now:

1. Watch your posture, it will change the effectiveness of your workout.

If you could be the best at one sport/fitness activity, what would it be?

Swimming. I can't swim to save my life.

Which classes do you teach?

Thursdays 6:30-7:1pm5- Core Training

Thursdays 7:15-8:15pm- Gentle Hatha Yoga

Saturdays 8-9am- Kundalini Yoga

How did you get started in health and fitness?

I came from an athletic background since I was very young. In my teens and early adult years, I suffered from anxiety and depression. I wanted to feel more balanced and to heal myself naturally. I found Yoga, spirituality and meditation by connecting with a teacher who was also a DJ like I was. I connected with him and studied under him for 10 years. It was his recommendation that I go back into the fitness world and teach which is where I find myself now.

My full bio is here: http://iamnoellove.wordpress.com/bio/

How would you describe your training style?

My training style in very integrative. My trainings in different fitness, Yoga and healing modalities are extensive. I definitely come from a new school approach and fuse ancient philosophies and trainings and update it to the present.

Trainings: http://iamnoellove.wordpress.com/private-lessons/

Top three favorite exercises and why?

Any Kundalini Yoga posture because it challenges the physical body while balancing and strengthening from the inside going outward.

Any Gyrokinesis posture particularly Arch and Curl because it is so simple and if focuses on strengthening and lengthening the spine.

I love the TRX. All core all the time!

Do you use supplements? If so, which ones? Why?

I CANNOT LIVE without my Isagenix systems for nutritional health. All organic, natural, holistic approach that works as an integrative system to provide all the micro-nutrients, superfoods, cellular cleansing and supplementation that we lack from regular foods. I use everyday the IsaLean Shake meal replacement, Cleanse for Life product, Ionix Supreme (My fav which uses adaptogenic herbs to control Cortisol and balance the nervous system) and their line of vitamins and anti-aging Telomere support called Product B. I also am involved with wealth creation through Isagenix which has helped me to create true time and financial freedom so I can teach and train when and who I want rather then because I have to to make a living.

Any classic healthy meals that you eat?

What are your best tips for losing the last few pounds?

30 Day Cleanse & Fat burning pak through Isagenix which includes the four pillars, IsaLean Shake, Cleanse for Life, Ionix Supreme and Vitamins in a well rounded system to reach your goal.

What is your favorite inspirational quote?

Spiritual 6 Transformations

Turn your problems into possibilities,

Turn your challenges into chuckles,

Turn your difficulties into delights,

Turn weirdness into wonder!

How do you do this?

The energy is in the obstacle.

The obstacle is in yourself.

Turn the obstacle into energy.

The flow will be the answer.

~Mursshud Isa Love

Where does your inspiration come from?

The deep wish and desire to be of unconditional service to myself and to others everyday!
