Starting this month we have a new Roll-n-Release class on Wednesday nights from 8-8:45pm. The class will be taught by one of our newest instructors, Colleen! She has put together a great class that will relieve tension in your muscles and tissues, increase flexibility, and help reduce pain. The muscles that the class will focus on are the upper back, hips, legs, and IT bands.
Come try out this class this upcoming week for a nice relaxing workout after a long day at work or a hard session of training!
