This lite Bellydance and Bollywood based class includes a warm-up, stretches, and floor-core workout series in addition to fun and flowy middle-eastern dance sequences. A great way to wake up your body and feel great about the day!
Starting this month we have a new Roll-n-Release class on Wednesday nights from 8-8:45pm. The class will be taught by one of our newest instructors, Colleen! She has put together a great class that will relieve tension in your muscles and tissues, increase flexibility, and help reduce pain. The muscles that the class will focus on are the upper back, hips, legs, and IT bands.
